Nootropics

Lately I have been getting several supplements from the Vitamin Shoppe to help with my post-roll hangover. I have been on the look out for nootropics (piracetam in particular) but have had no luck in stores around here. Does anyone know of any grocery stores/chains that may sell this type of stuff in the U.S.? I'm in the dc area if that helps...
